Copying pictures and albums to CD
Solution Q: How do I copy pictures or albums to CD?

A: There are two options for creating CDs: "Copy albums to CD" or "Backup albums to CD."

The copy to CD feature is best for when you just want to create a CD to share with friends or to take to the Photo store to make prints. You select pictures to copy to the CD.

The Backup utility is best suited for backing up your pictures and keeping track of pictures you've backed up. You select the albums to copy to the CD.

COPY TO CD
To copy pictures to CD, start Photozig Albums and click on the "CD" button (right side). Select "Copy albums to CD" and click Next.
On the left side of your screen, you'll see a list of albums. Select the album. Then on the right side of the screen you'll see the pictures in the album, select the pictures (if you want to copy all of the pictures in your albums, click the word "All" on the top of the screen, next to Select).
(If you want to copy all of your pictures, you can just select the album "All My Photos" and click on "All"). Click "Next" and follow the instructions to create a CD.

BACKUP TO CD
To backup albums, start Photozig Albums and click on "Backup/Restore" (lower left, under Extras). Select Backup albums to CD and click Next. On the next screen you should see a list of all of your albums. Select albums to copy. Click "Next" and follow the instructions to create a CD.

The Backup feature, in addition to copying your albums, also copies the descriptions, tags, and all edited photos. An album backup will allow you to completely restore your Photozig Albums collection on a new computer.

Thank you for using Photozig Albums.
